Goal88 Terms and Conditions — Platform Usage Guidelines

1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and goal88 ("Company", "we", or "Platform"). These Terms govern your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided through the goal88 platform.

Goal88 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through the dispute resolution process set out in this document.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the goal88 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old or older at the time of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Not be declared bankrupt or subject to any court order that restricts entering into financial agreements.
• Registering in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• Not engage in any money laundering or terrorism financing activities.

Goal88 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found not to meet the eligibility requirements above, the account will be suspended immediately and any remaining funds will be processed in accordance with established procedures.

Players who have opted into the goal88 self-exclusion program are not eligible to register a new account. Our platform maintains records of players who have submitted self-exclusion requests and will reject registrations where the name or identity information matches.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the goal88 platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension or closure of all accounts involved, including forfeiture of any balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The details required include:

• An active and reachable email address.
• Valid Malaysia phone number.
• Bank account or e-Wallet details for payment purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account password. goal88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your login credentials confidential.

4 Deposit & Fund Withdrawal

Goal88 supports a range of local Malaysia payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set for each payment method.

Regarding deposits:

• The minimum deposit is RM 30 for most payment methods.
• Deposit funds are typically credited to your account within 1 to 5 minutes of a successful transaction.
• If your deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with proof of transaction.
• Goal88 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your financial institution may apply its own charges.

Regarding withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 50 for most payment methods.
• Withdrawals will be processed within 15 to 60 minutes for KYC-verified accounts.
• Funds will reach your bank account or e-Wallet within 1 to 3 hours, depending on the method selected.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account registered in the same name as the goal88 account holder.
• Goal88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving high-value withdrawals as a fraud prevention measure.

All funds in a goal88 account are the exclusive property of the registered player. goal88 holds player funds in accounts separate from company operating funds, ensuring the safety of your funds at all times.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Goal88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal can be made from a balance containing bonus funds.

General principles that apply to all bonuses:

• Each player is eligible to claim the welcome bonus once only, at the time of their first registration.
• Wagering requirements, validity periods, and maximum betting limits when using a bonus are detailed in the terms of each promotion.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.

6 Game Rules

All games offered on the goal88 platform have specific rules accessible via the help menu within each game. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing with real money.

General principles that apply to all games:

• Game results are final once concluded and cannot be disputed solely on the grounds of player dissatisfaction.
• In the event of a technical failure during an active game, the wager will be voided and the funds returned to the player's account balance.
• Goal88 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of internet connection disruptions on the player's end.
• Players are not permitted to use any automation software, bots, or third-party tools to play on the goal88 platform.

In live games with a human dealer, the result announced by the dealer is final. Should any discrepancy arise between the visual display and the result recorded by the system, the system record shall serve as the definitive reference.

7 Prohibited Conduct

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Goal88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the account is involved in activities that violate these Terms.

In the event of account closure due to a violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the breach. Players will be notified via their registered email address regarding this decision.

Players may also request closure of their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Before the account is closed, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered bank account.

Players who have closed their account for responsible gambling reasons (self-exclusion) are advised not to attempt re-registration. goal88 maintains self-exclusion records and will reject new registrations from the same player.

9 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, goal88 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from game outcomes that are not in the player's favour.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet outages, natural disasters, or cyberattacks.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's own negligence.
• Any financial decisions made by players based on their gaming experience on our platform.

Goal88 operates on an "as-is" service basis. While we strive to ensure uninterrupted platform operation, we cannot guarantee 100% availability at all times. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance through our official communication channels.

10 Terms Amendment & Contact Us

Goal88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to players via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect, except in exceptional circumstances requiring immediate action.

Continued use of the goal88 platform after an amendment's effective date will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with the amendment, you may stop using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.
